Among the facilities available in the UISC include: Internet connection for communication at home and abroad at a very short time and in a short time; By connecting to Information Superhighway, access to hundreds of web sites on the other side of the world, with the ability to exchange knowledge and knowledge; Information and services related to agriculture, health, education, law and human rights, employment, market, various government forms, etc. in VVO, audio, animation and text format in offline databases; There will be low-cost computer-based training and computerized business services, such as low-cost compositing, printing, photocopying, photo-screening and scanning.

The importance of ensuring free flow of information has been given to the government's poverty alleviation program. So by 2020, every union council of the country can make a breakthrough role for the development of awareness and to make it the focal point of all development activities in the area.

Union Council is the main entrepreneur of UISC Union Parishad will ensure the security, management and accountability of UISC activities. But the specific responsibilities of the Union Parishad are:

> Buying and supplying essential materials outside the entrepreneur segment;
> To purchase and supply the furniture required for setting up the center;
> Provide electricity connections, water connections and other necessary institutional facilities;
> Ensuring the necessary safety;
> To provide all-round cooperation to implement the activities of the UISC Management Committee;
> Role to provide financial and infrastructural support to local and national levels for the development of UISC;
